    The short answer to which book would I want is all of them, but since I have to choose just one, I have to go with Darkness Rising, because I'm a series junky who always has to start at the beginning.

  2. I would be most interested in Darkness Rising. I have this thing about reading a series in order. Nothing is more frustrating than finishing a book and finding out you've missed previous books that would add to the reading experience.
